About Position:
We are seeking for Java Full Stack Engineer with hands on experience in java, react.Js, cloud, Kubernetes, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Act as a senior developer providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Serve as a technical SME, working closely with onshore architects, technical leads, and business analysts
- Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and guide the team accordingly
- Participate in solution design and development of new and existing features
- Drive technical quality, best practices, and timely delivery for the Scrum team
- Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs following OpenAPI standards
- Work extensively on Spring Bootbased microservices with high configurability
- Leverage Azure Cloud services and Kubernetes for cloud-native application development
- Own and deliver complex user stories end-to-end
- Clearly understand end users, customers, and their pain points to deliver better solutions
- Demonstrate thought leadership with a start-up mindset to identify value-creation opportunities such as:
- Process optimization
- Improved user experience
- Reduction in engineering and infrastructure costs
- Reduction in cycle time and technical debt
- Review and challenge requirements, wireframes, and features from business and customer perspectives
- Advise Engineering Managers and senior ICs in building business cases for new technical initiatives
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Solid experience in ReactJS for building responsive and scalable front-end applications
- Strong object-oriented programming and design principles
- Experience with Cloud and cloud-native development
- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Good understanding of application architecture and GoF design patterns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in POC development
- Basic understanding of AI and AI-enabled development practices
- Self-starter, research-oriented, and adaptable to new technologies
- Strong team player with an innovation-driven mindset
