Job Title : Java Developer (Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices)

Experience : 6- 8 Years

Location : Pune Work Model: Hybrid

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a client-facing role

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to NoSQL/SQL databases
