Java Polymer Developer - Full Stack Technologies

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Polymer Developer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance web applications by bridging the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive, component-based front-end interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, system architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
• Build reusable, high-performance UI components using Polymer and Web Components to ensure a consistent and modular front-end architecture.
• Design and maintain microservices-based systems to improve application modularity, deployment speed, and fault tolerance.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs to provide a seamless data flow and optimized user experience.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship to maintain high engineering standards and promote best practices within the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance bottlenecks across the full stack to ensure system stability and responsiveness.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proven ability to develop modular, maintainable front-end interfaces using Polymer and modern Web Components standards.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, including service discovery, inter-service communication, and containerization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical designs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively in cross-functional, agile team environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Candidates must possess 6 - 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
