Role Overview :
As a Java & Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance backend systems that power critical business applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data engineers, to translate complex requirements into scalable code.
Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and speed of our service delivery, ensuring that our platforms remain resilient under high-concurrency demands while providing seamless data integration for our end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Python to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Implement robust microservices architectures to decouple complex business logic and improve deployment agility.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage for high-volume applications.
- Build and maintain secure REST APIs and FastAPI endpoints to facilitate seamless communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Utilize data processing libraries such as Numpy and Pandas to perform complex analytical tasks and support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply multithreading techniques to optimize application performance and reduce latency in resource-intensive processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Java and Python development with 4 to 10 years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices, with a deep understanding of REST API development and FastAPI frameworks.
- Strong command over SQL and data modeling, with the ability to architect efficient database schemas for complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with multithreading and concurrency management to handle high-traffic system requirements.
- Practical knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using Numpy and Pandas.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a hybrid team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced office setting in Gurgaon.
