Java/React.js Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java + React Developer with 5 to 7.5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based backend development and modern React-based frontend development, with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills :

• 5 to 7.5 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Good understanding of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 or JWT.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
