Integrate REST APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.
Develop and maintain database queries using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Implement API authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and Spring Security.
Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
Perform API testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Use Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and other tools for API testing and documentation.
Handle exception management, logging, validation, and error handling.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
Maintain code repositories using Git and support CI/CD processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, OOP concepts, Collections, Streams, and Exception Handling.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and HTTP methods.
Experience with Microservices Architecture and API integration.
Knowledge of Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and API response handling.
Experience with Git, Maven, or Gradle.
Knowledge of unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
