Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing microservices-based applications, deep knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Develop and implement RESTful APIs.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.

• Work with databases like SQL/NoSQL to optimize performance and scalability.

• Integrate third-party systems and services to extend platform functionality.

• Actively contribute to improving the development process and codebase quality.

Mandatory Skills:

• Java 8/11 or higher with strong hands-on experience.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

• Strong experience in developing microservices architecture.

• Expertise in RESTful API development.

• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle for version control and build automation.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Experience in working with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with API Gateway and OAuth2 security frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
