Java Technical Lead - J2EE Programming

What We're Looking For :

• 10 - 15 years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Servlets
• Excellent knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, OOPs & Data Structures
• Experience with Monolithic Architecture and application modernization towards Cloud/SaaS
• Hands-on with JUnit/TestNG, UML, Low-Level Design & System Design
• Exposure to Azure/AWS and performance optimization is a plus
• Strong client-facing and technical leadership skills
• Qualification : B.Tech / MCA (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable Java-based enterprise applications that align with long-term business objectives and performance requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving complex bottlenecks in multithreaded environments and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define technical specifications and translate business needs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Mentor a team of senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the engineering group.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our product offerings competitive and technologically advanced.
