We are seeking a passionate and skilled App Developer specializing in React Native to join our team in Bengaluru on an on-site basis. This role is ideal for an independent developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of mobile projects from inception to deployment. You will be instrumental in developing our AI Tutoring product, with opportunities to work on parent-facing applications and math gaming platforms that aim to revolutionize educational engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for creating seamless, high-performance mobile experiences.
The successful candidate should have between 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a proven track record in building and scaling mobile apps. Proficiency in React Native is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked extensively with this framework over Flutter.
Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite or similar is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a startup-like environment. Additional exposure to Flutter/Dart, native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C), and basic Android development will be considered advantageous, especially for senior developers.
As an App Developer at Recro, your primary responsibilities will include building and scaling robust mobile applications using React Native. You will take end-to-end ownership of features, overseeing their development, testing, and deployment phases. Collaborating closely with product managers and designers, you will ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences.
