Role Overvie wWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and build high-performance backend systems, optimize data pipelines across SQL and NoSQL databases, and architect Agentic Workflows to drive automated, AI-driven learning and operational processes

. Key Responsibilitie

• sBackend System Design: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and low-latency RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js
• .Database Architecture &

  • Optimization: Design and optimize data models across both MongoDB and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ensuring high availability, speed, and query performance

• .Agentic Workflows &

  • AI Integration: Implement and orchestrate autonomous AI agent workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agentic architectures) to automate complex operational and learning tasks

• .Scalability &

  • Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure seamless handling of high concurrent traffic loads typical of our student base

• .Collaboration &

  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write clean and unit-tested code, and collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers

Qualifications &

• Requirement

• sTotal Experience: 4 years of hands-on software development experience (minimum 2 years in backend engineering)
• .Core Tech Stack
• :Node.js: Deep expertise in building asynchronous microservices, frameworks (Express.js/NestJS), and event-driven architecture
• .Databases: Strong hands-on experience with both MongoDB (NoSQL modeling, aggregation framework) and SQL (schema design, indexing, complex query tuning)
• .Agentic Workflows: Functional experience or active exposure to building LLM-driven agents, multi-agent coordination, tool-calling, or workflow automation platforms
