Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Lead end‑to‑end full stack development using Node.js and modern UI frameworks.

2 Own technical design , solution architecture, and low‑level design.

3 Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

4 Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

5 Ensure non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.

6 Contribute to modernization initiatives and cloud‑native adoption.
