Junior Full Stack Developer (NodeJS / Python + ReactJS)

Tech Stack: Node.js / Python, ReactJS, REST APIs

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with 1 year of experience in ReactJS and backend development using NodeJS and/or Python. The candidate should have contributed to at least 3 applications/projects in the last 1 year, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment with guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using ReactJS

• Build and support backend APIs using NodeJS and/or Python

• Integrate frontend with REST APIs and handle API responses/errors

• Fix bugs, implement enhancements, and support testing/UAT activities

• Write clean, readable, and reusable code following coding standards

• Work with senior developers for task execution and code reviews

• Participate in daily stand-ups and provide progress updates

Requirements

Required Skills

• Good understanding of ReactJS (components, hooks, API integration)

• Basic backend knowledge in NodeJS (Express) and/or Python

• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON-based communication

• Basic knowledge of Git (branching, commits, pull requests)

• Ability to debug issues and deliver tasks with minimal supervision

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Required Experience

• 1 year of hands-on development experience

• Must have worked on at least 3 applications/projects in 1 year

  (internship + job projects are acceptable if contributions are clear)

Good to Have

• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Basic deployment knowledge (AWS / Docker is a plus)

• Exposure to Agile process and Jira
