Job Description – Junior Python Developer Position Junior Python Developer Experience 0–2 Years Location Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office) Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Python Developer who is passionate about programming, problem-solving, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to learn modern technologies related to OCR, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, APIs, and document processing. You will work closely with senior developers on real-world government and enterprise projects involving OCR, document digitization, AI models, automation, and backend development.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Python applications.

• Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work on OCR and document processing pipelines.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI models.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and optimize existing applications.
• Work with SQL databases and file processing.
• Collaborate with Java, React, and AI teams.
• Participate in code reviews and testing.
• Learn and adopt new technologies as required.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Python programming.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Basic SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of JSON and HTTP.
• Good debugging and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills - FastAPI or Flask - OpenCV - OCR libraries (Tesseract/PaddleOCR) - NumPy and Pandas - Docker basics - Linux command line - AI/ML fundamentals - Experience with LLMs is a plus Educational Qualification - B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent.
