Role : Senior Full Stack Developer
Role & Responsibilities :
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
The role involves building RESTful APIs, developing responsive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and production-ready applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Full Stack Application Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Spring Boot, and FastAPI.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to support business applications.
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
Backend Development :
- Develop robust backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and FastAPI.
- Design scalable microservices and API-driven architectures.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Frontend Development :
- Build reusable UI components using React.js.
- Develop responsive web interfaces compatible across multiple devices and browsers.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern user interfaces.
Database & API Management :
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Develop efficient SQL queries and data models.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and application performance.
Quality Assurance & Deployment :
- Write unit tests and maintain high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Support deployment, production monitoring, and post-release maintenance.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery :
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Mandatory Skills :
- 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Spring Boot, and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale product development environments.
