Location : Pune / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience : 7 - 12 Years | Full-time

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Python Developer to join our in-house engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python. You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Develop secure, scalable and high-performance backend services.
• Implement microservices where required.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Debug and optimize backend performance.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills :

• 7 - 12 years of Python backend development.
• Django / FastAPI / Flask.
• REST APIs and backend architecture.
• Microservices, OOP, Git.
• Authentication, authorization & security.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills :

• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• AWS or Azure.
• Celery
• RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Azure SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• MongoDB exposure.
