Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Developer Full-Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. You will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, Node.js, or Python.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
