Description :
We are looking for a technical leader to design and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python (FastAPI), AWS, and workflow automation technologies. The role involves architecting microservices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing MongoDB data models, and integrating workflow solutions such as Camunda and Finite State Machines. The ideal candidate will drive engineering best practices, mentor teams, lead Agile delivery, and bring strong expertise in Python, AWS, MongoDB, and enterprise workflow-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Define and enforce engineering best practices across teams.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure high-quality design standards.
Solution Design & Development :
- Design and implement robust, scalable applications using Python (FastAPI).
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices architecture.
Cloud & Infrastructure :
- Architect and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging cloud-native services.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Database Management :
- Design and optimize data models using MongoDB for high-performance applications.
Workflow & State Management :
- Implement Finite State Machines for complex business workflows.
- Integrate and configure Camunda for process orchestration.
Agile Delivery :
- Drive agile practices, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership :
- Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Domain Expertise :
- Leverage experience in onboarding applications to design seamless user journeys.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI framework
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database design
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
- Ability to create scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set best practices, and influence technical direction
- Experience with Finite State Machines and workflow engines
- Practical knowledge of Camunda for BPM and orchestration
- Strong background in Agile development practices
- Prior experience working on onboarding applications or similar platforms
