What You'll Work On :
- Architect and scale high-performance backend systems handling millions of transactions
- Design distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Build low-latency, highly available platforms powering real-time financial intelligence
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Data teams to build next-generation AI-native products
- Drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and influence engineering strategy
What We're Looking For :
- 6 to 9 years of software engineering experience and atleast 2+ years in lead
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Experience with microservices, cloud-native platforms, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of databases, caching, replication, and system design
- Prior experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams
