Position Overview :

To lead the DevOps strategy for Automation platforms by building scalable CI/CD systems, enabling cloud-native deployments, and driving DevSecOps practices. This role ensures faster, reliable, and secure delivery of automation software across global mining systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Strong expertise in :
• CI/CD : Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Version Control : Git (advanced workflows)
• Cloud : AWS / Azure
• Scripting : Python, Bash
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and RCA skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS to ensure optimal performance for global client applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to accelerate release cycles and reduce manual deployment overhead.
• Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to improve resource utilization and application scalability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to ensure environment consistency across development, staging, and production.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues by leveraging deep Linux expertise and advanced monitoring tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and best practices to elevate the overall technical maturity of the DevOps team.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and security protocols directly into the deployment lifecycle to protect sensitive data assets.

• Knowledge of advanced deployment strategies
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR / control systems.
