Lead Engineer - Java/AngularJS

Role : Lead Engineering

Job Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Engineering professional with 7 to 9 years of software engineering experience, including 2 to 3 years in a technical leadership role, to lead delivery across web, mobile, corporate applications, and APIs.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and application architecture.
• Working knowledge of Angular/Next.js, Flutter, C#, MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Azure Boards, performance tuning, and DevOps environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in enterprise environments; BFSI experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and provide technical guidance to frontend, backend, mobile, and API development teams.
• Drive application architecture, code reviews, integrations, scalability, quality, and security best practices.
• Mentor engineers, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate with product, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure Agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, production support, and regulatory compliance.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
