Lead Engineer- System Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Understand full product architecture and subsystem interactions
• Identify and resolve integration issues (fitment, routing, interfaces)
• Work across mechanical, electrical, and controls teams
• Support teardown analysis and translate learnings into system understanding
• Ensure assembly feasibility and serviceability
• Participate in system-level decision making

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in product engineering / NPD
• Must have worked on at least one complete product lifecycle
• Exposure to multiple subsystems (mechanical + electrical/hydraulics)
• Hands-on exposure to assembly, testing, or validation
