Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern and responsive web applications using React JS and Next JS. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) for enhanced performance and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilize HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to create visually appealing user interfaces.
- Having good experience of leading a team of 4-5 members at least.
- Implement state management using Redux for complex web applications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform functional and UI testing using tools like Postman.
- Review code contributed by team members and provided feedback on best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain and optimize code repositories in Bitbucket.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning and strategy.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in web development. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Total of 9 years experience with minimum of 6+ years of experience in web development with a focus on frontend technologies.
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong expertise in React JS and Next JS for building web applications.
- Proficiency in server-side rendering (SSR) for performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with state management using Redux.
- Good Experience with Redux Toolkit.
- Experience with code versioning and repository management using Bitbucket.
- Proficiency in UI testing using tools like Postman.
