Lead Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer (9 - 12 years experience) with strong expertise in React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript, along with solid backend experience in Python (FastAPI) along with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance web applications, with emphasis on modern frontend development, user experience, full-stack ownership and scalable healthcare solutions, ensuring data privacy, performance, and seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in system architecture, development best practices, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and reusable UI components.
• Optimize frontend performance using SSR, lazy loading, and code splitting techniques.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration for end-to-end functionality.
• Develop and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
• Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (GCP).
• Ensure applications meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, security, HIPAA compliance).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing engineering standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system uptime.
• Utilize development tools such as VS Code, Docker, and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for productivity.

Required Skills :

• 9 - 12 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js/ Next.js, TypeScript (primary focus).
• Python (FastAPI).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Familiarity with AI-Assisted coding (Claude Code, etc.) and agentic approaches.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control systems.
• Experience in building secure applications, especially handling sensitive healthcare data.
