Lead Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are building AI-driven SaaS solutions for enterprise finance at Auditoria.ai, focused on automating complex back-office business processes across corporate finance using AI/ML and advanced language models. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will drive the design and development of scalable, intelligent applications across the stack, with a strong focus on building AI- powered and agentic workflows that deliver real-time insights, streamline financial operations, and reduce manual effort for global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

AI / Agentic Application Development :

• Design and build AI-powered features and agentic workflows using LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into core product flows, including orchestration, prompt design, and response handling.

Module Ownership & Technical Design :

• Own the design and delivery of key modules, making architectural and design decisions aligned with overall system goals.

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across backend (Node.js) and frontend (React.js/TypeScript), ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Backend Systems

• Build and scale microservices, APIs, and distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.

Frontend Development

• Drive development of responsive, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.

Technical Leadership

• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and engineering best practices while remaining hands-on.

Cloud & DevOps :

• Work with AWS services, containerized environments(Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools to ensure reliable production systems.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Engineering Excellence

• Champion code quality, testing (unit/integration), and CI/CD practices across the team.

Qualifications :

• 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI-based applications (LLMs, agentic workflows, NLP use cases)
• Proven experience owning modules/features end-to-end in production systems
• Solid experience in system design and building scalable microservices
• Experience building and scaling cloud-native SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data modeling (RDBMS/NoSQL)
• Experience with AWS services and production environments
• Exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Good to Have :

• Experience with advanced agentic frameworks, orchestration layers, or prompt engineering at scale
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, email, etc.)
• Background in FinTech domain
