Lead Full Stack Engineer

Position Title : Fullstack Lead Engineer.

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Lead Engineer (8- 12 years) to design, build, and scale modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, SQL, Elasticsearch, and .NET technologies.

In this role, you will own end- to- end technical delivery, provide hands- on engineering leadership, and mentor a high performing team to deliver secure, high- quality, and performant solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack web applications from concept to production.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures using React, TypeScript, Next.js, SQL, Elasticsearch, and .NET.
• Provide technical leadership to a cross functional team, including code reviews, pairing, and setting coding standards and best practices.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and data access layers ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance across frontend and backend, including database queries and search capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure high test coverage, CI/CD integration, and adherence to quality engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, proposing new tools, frameworks, and patterns where appropriate.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• 8- 12 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2- 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including component design, state management, and frontend build tooling.
• Solid hands on experience with Node.js for building scalable APIs and services.
• Expertise in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) including schema design, optimization, and complex queries.
• Practical experience implementing and tuning Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.
• Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) and experience building web APIs or services on the .NET platform.
• Proven track record of delivering complex fullstack applications in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and performance best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.

Nice to Have (Preferred) :

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event driven systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring junior engineers.
