Lead Full Stack Engineer - Java/Python

Looking for a Lead full stack Engineer who can lead the end to end development for Acoustic bearing detection product for Railway Tech start up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end to end software architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead development from design through deployment and production support.
• Drive architecture, code quality, engineering processes, and technical decisions.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across backend, ML, DSP, frontend, and DevOps.
• Design scalable edge to cloud systems for sensor data processing and analytics.
• Support field deployments, validation, and performance improvement.
• Work closely with customer, domain experts, and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

• 4 -10 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong in backend engineering using Java or Python.
• Strong in API development, Distributed systems, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good to have experience in Industrial data systems like timeseries and sensor data or Real-time data processing or Edge-to-cloud architectures.
