Lead Full Stack Engineer - Java/React.js

Skill : Lead Full Stack (Individual Contributor)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Deploy and support cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Technical Skills :

• Frontend : ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend : Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Microservices
• APIs : REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON
• Cloud : Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
• DevOps : Azure DevOps, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD
• Databases : PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Hibernate/JPA

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Camunda BPM and Drools Rule Engine.
• Healthcare, health insurance, or claims processing experience.
• Experience building cloud-native, API-driven enterprise applications.
