Lead Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Node.js

Experience :

• 7 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams.

Tech Stack :

• React.js and frontend architecture
• Node.js backend systems and API design
• AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)

Core Competencies :

• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, data modeling, performance, security, and privacy considerations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging.
