Lead I - Software Engineering - JAVA Developer

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java-based applications.

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with various enterprise systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and system design activities.

Required Skills • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful web services.

• Good understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL queries.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
