Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Build and manage event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement automated testing strategies using Cucumber and BDD practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/Generative AI capabilities to enhance application functionality and developer productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive performance optimization, scalability, and application reliability.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Java development, including technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Cucumber, BDD, and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, design patterns, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud-native application development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving end-to-end delivery.
