About the Role

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite JavaScript Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust custom solutions, extensions, and integrations within the NetSuite ecosystem using modern JavaScript and SuiteScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy custom SuiteScript (2.0/2.1) including client scripts, user event scripts, workflows, scheduled scripts, and Map/Reduce scripts.
• Build custom Suitelets, RESTlets, and user interfaces to extend core NetSuite functionality.
• Design and implement secure API integrations between NetSuite and third-party enterprise applications.
• Optimize existing scripts, database queries, and system customizations to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Debug technical issues, troubleshoot script errors, and provide root-cause analysis across NetSuite modules.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC) within NetSuite.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern software engineering principles.
• Proven experience writing SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 and working with the NetSuite API and SuiteTalk web services.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying NetSuite databases and optimizing performance.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile development environment.
