Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead MERN Stack Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities to drive development of enterprise applications hosted on AWS. The candidate should be capable of leading a development team, defining architecture, mentoring developers, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Define coding standards and best practices.
• Design scalable and secure cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Participate in customer discussions and solutioning activities.
• Manage project delivery timelines and technical risks.
