Job description

  • Responsibilities

  • Write effective, scalable code

  • Work with team to develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

  • Integrate user-facing elements into applications

  • Test and debug programs

  • Improve functionality of existing systems

  • Implement security and data protection solutions

  • Assess and prioritize feature requests

    • Core must haves

  • Level appropriate Python skills and knowledge

  • Django experience (but any ORM will do)

  • Data structures

  • Schema design

  • GraphQL API implementation is a bonus (can be learned)

  • Exposure to javascript (jQuery, React JS, Angular JS, or any other frameworks)

  • Some leadership experience appropriate to level

  • Motivation to learn and improve

  • Discipline in communication and task management
