Lead React JS Developer

Experience: 7 years

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and front-end architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and estimation activities.
• Learn and contribute to projects built using Svelte JS as part of the organization's technology roadmap.
• Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Svelte JS or willingness to learn and work on Svelte-based applications.
• Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
