Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Frontend Lead Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. You will lead a team of frontend developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality code delivery for scalable web applications.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development

• At least 3 years of hands-on development using React.js and Next.js

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5–10 developers

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and code scalability

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills

Primary Skills

• React.js, Next.js

• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

• Redux / Context API for state management

• RESTful APIs and JSON

• HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS

• Git/GitHub version control

• CI/CD basics for frontend

• Code review and quality assurance practices

Secondary Skills

• Familiarity with SSR and SSG in Next.js

• Testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library

• Basic Node.js for backend integration

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries

• Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers

• Plan and execute frontend architecture for scalable projects

• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices

• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality

• Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Certifications in frontend technologies (if any)
