We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-enabled software solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise, experience building cloud-native applications, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Lead the development of cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions and contribute to technical architecture and design decisions.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services while collaborating with front-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to build reliable, scalable data solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong emphasis on quality, performance, and security.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure improvements.
Required Skills :
- 5-10 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, TypeScript/React, or Python, with experience building enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives is preferred.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications or Generative AI solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Education (Mandatory) :
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
