We are currently looking for a ‘Lead Software Engineer’ for Payment Reconciliation Intelligence Program, within B&MI group, to design scalable architecture and lead development of the new business requirements for product used by global B2B customers.

Around 9 years of work experience in the software engineering role.
Proven experience designing, developing, and leading applications built on microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with messaging and event-driven platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or other cloud-native messaging solutions.
Front-end development experience using React JS (16+) or Angular (14+).
Experience designing and developing APIs using OpenAPI specifications and RESTful best practices.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Node.js, UNIX shell scripting, Python, and Groovy scripting.
Understanding of modern application security, scalability, resiliency, and performance engineering practices.
Tools & Methodologies
Proficiency with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools including Chef and Ansible.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.
Strong understanding of release management practices including Canary, Blue-Green, and Rolling deployments.
Infrastructure & Cloud
Extensive experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development.
Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, deployment strategies, and operational excellence in cloud environments.
Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, ELK Stack, and related logging platforms.
AI & Emerging Technologies
Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions, including integrating AI services through APIs and leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and enterprise AI platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven application patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent workflows, agentic solutions, and prompt engineering concepts for enterprise applications.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation platforms including Netflix Conductor, Apache Airflow, Camunda, and N8N.
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts.
Familiarity with business rules engines such as Drools and EasyRules.
Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts including PKI infrastructure, hashing, encryption, consensus algorithms, and virtual machine architectures.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation frameworks.
