To be successful in this role, you should possess :
Overall Industry experience 6-10 years in Data Analysis with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's Degree in analytical subject area. E.g., Engineering, Statistics.... etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions and pivot tables.
Understanding of relational database concepts and familiarity with SQL.
Basic to intermediate Python programming concepts and hands-on experience.
Experience in automating workflows using Python.
Leadership abilities : Ability to guide and mentor juniors in Python automation analysis, choice of tools and techniques.
Ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.

Understand complex data relationships and transform the same into data models.
Any prior experience in handling Utility tariffs, rates and programs is an added advantage.

Familiarity with writing programs using Python or Shell scripts.
Passionate about working with data and data analyses.
