Experience: 10 years

Working arrangement: 5 days from office in 1-10pm shift

Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Python & React to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale platform applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python, React, AWS, and serverless technologies.
• Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and data processing solutions.
• Guide technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Tech Stack:

• Python (Advanced), React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, REST API Development, SQL and Data Modeling, System Design & Architecture, Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, serverless

Good to Have:

• AI/LLM Integration Experience, Kubernetes, Event-Driven Architectures, Financial Services / Capital Markets Domain Experience

Experience:

• 7 years of hands-on Python development.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications end-to-end.
• Exposure to financial services or enterprise software environments preferred.
