We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer who’s passionate about building intelligent systems and working on impactful products.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases
• Analyze and work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Build, evaluate, and optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and model workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of ML concepts (classification, regression, clustering, model evaluation, feature engineering)
• Experience working with real-world datasets and data preprocessing
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications
• Experience using Git for version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or monitoring
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases

🧩 Interview Process Our hiring process is simple, transparent, and skill-focused. It consists of 4 rounds :

1️⃣ Initial Phone Round A short phone discussion to understand your background, experience, and interest in the role.

2️⃣ Technical Coding Round – I (20–30 minutes)

Focuses on Python, problem-solving, and core machine learning fundamentals.

3️⃣ Technical Coding Round – II (30–40 minutes)

Involves advanced ML concepts, real-world scenarios, model design, and data handling.

4️⃣ Final Interview Round A discussion with senior team members focusing on projects, system thinking, collaboration, and culture fit.

💰 Compensation

• Salary: ₹10 – ₹40 LPA
• Based on skills, experience, and interview performance
