Manager - Product & Engineering - Java

Job Description:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with development (Java, Angular, JSP, Oracle SQL/MS SQL, Kubernetes, API Gateways) and extensive experience in building and managing APIs, MicroServices, and Relational/Non-Relational DBs.
• Proven success in building and managing high-performing global teams.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise systems in production environments.
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with K8S, Java, Python, SQL, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub), observability, and operational tooling.
• Experience designing high-resilience systems and backend platforms supporting Supply Chain applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML system and AI agent integration is a strong plus.
