MantraCare - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

About the Role :

MantraCare is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications for its digital healthcare and wellness platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, databases, and responsive UI development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services.
• Design and implement REST APIs and manage databases.
• Work with product managers and development teams to deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Implement security and data-protection measures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other technical team members.

Required Skills :

• 2 - 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, React Native, or similar frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Experience building web/mobile applications and APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX, debugging, and application security.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Familiarity with Git and web-server technologies.
