Role : MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Your work will directly impact our users by providing them with seamless and engaging experiences, ultimately contributing to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Architect and manage MongoDB databases, optimizing data models and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance overall team performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team to maintain a high level of technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure application stability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, and experience with modern front-end development tools and techniques.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida.
