Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile SDK Development :

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance native Android SDKs using Kotlin/Java and/or iOS SDKs using Swift/Objective-C.
  • Implement reusable SDK components and maintain clean, well-documented public APIs.
  • Support SDK versioning, backward compatibility, and integration across different partner applications.
  • Optimize SDK performance, startup time, memory usage, and application size.
  • Create sample applications, integration guides, and technical documentation for partner developers.
  • Troubleshoot SDK integration issues and provide technical support to internal and external teams.

Device Security and Anti-Fraud :

  • Implement and enhance root and jailbreak detection mechanisms.
  • Develop detection capabilities for emulators, debuggers, hooking frameworks, and suspicious runtime environments.
  • Assist in implementing runtime application self-protection (RASP), including runtime integrity checks, tamper detection, and anti-repackaging measures.
  • Implement device fingerprinting components to generate privacy-conscious device identity and risk signals.
  • Work with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and improve mobile SDK protection.
  • Investigate emerging mobile attack techniques and support security fixes and improvements.

Mobile Platform Security :

  • Integrate platform security features such as Android Keystore, Play Integrity API, iOS Keychain, Secure Enclave, and App Attest, as applicable.
  • Implement secure communication mechanisms between mobile SDKs and backend services.
  • Work with certificate pinning, secure token handling, and replay protection.
  • Apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and reduce the risk of reverse engineering.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Android and iOS platform security guidelines.

Testing, Release, and Support :

  • Test SDK functionality across real devices, OS versions, manufacturers, and device configurations.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and automated regression tests.
  • Debug crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and device-specific compatibility problems.
  • Participate in SDK build and release processes, including CI/CD automation and staged releases.
  • Monitor production issues and help maintain SDK stability and reliability.
  • Support partner onboarding, integration testing, and release certification activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on native mobile development experience in Android and/or iOS.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one platform :

i. Android : Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Gradle.

ii. iOS : Swift, Objective-C, Xcode.

  • Experience building SDKs, libraries, reusable components, or modular mobile frameworks; prior external partner SDK exposure is preferred.
  • Understanding of SDK distribution, public API design, semantic versioning, and backward compatibility.
  • Knowledge of mobile security fundamentals, including root/jailbreak detection, application tampering, and code obfuscation.
  • Familiarity with RASP concepts, runtime integrity checks, and hooking or injection detection.
  • Working knowledge of Android Keystore / Play Integrity API or iOS Keychain / Secure Enclave / App Attest.
  • Experience debugging applications on real devices across multiple OS versions.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTPS, secure token handling, and client-server communication.
  • Familiarity with Git, build systems, and mobile testing practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
