Working as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Navtech, you will :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python, ReactJS, and React Native.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and optimized code following best engineering practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and system design.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Work with cloud-native and microservices-based architectures to build distributed applications.
- Integrate third-party services, databases, and APIs efficiently.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python along with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong experience with ReactJS for modern frontend application development.
- Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating backend services.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Good knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of application performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
