Role Summary :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Lead C# / .NET Core &

• React Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and modern front-end frameworks. This role requires end-to-end ownership across the delivery lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and production stability, while leading a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, driving engineering excellence, production support maturity, and AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Ownership &

• Delivery :
• Own the complete application lifecycle : design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems.
• Drive release readiness, deployment governance, and post-release warranty support.
• Maintain accountability for delivery commitments, quality, and timelines.

2.

Backend

Development C# & .NET Core :

• Architect and develop service-oriented applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Design scalable microservices, background, and worker services.
• Implement async programming, performance tuning, and memory optimization.
• Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and domain-driven design.
• Build reusable SDKs and internal libraries.
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, code smells, and security vulnerabilities.

3. Data &

• Persistence Layer :
• Implement efficient data access using Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
• Work with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Optimize performance via indexing, query tuning, and caching strategies.

4. Testing, Observability &

• Performance :
• Drive unit testing and code coverage improvements.
• Implement monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.
• Perform performance profiling and proactive system tuning.
• Ensure strong observability for faster RCA and incident resolution.

5. Cloud, DevOps &

• CI/CD :
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/Azure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and release efficiency.

6. Front-End Development React / NextJS :

• Develop enterprise-grade UI using ReactJS with strong UX practices.
• Work with NextJS (SSR/CSR) and Node.js ecosystem.
• Implement state management (Redux/Context API).
• Integrate APIs using JWT/OAuth2 authentication.
• Optimize performance and improve web vitals.

7. Leadership, Team Ownership &

• Governance :
• Own end-to-end team accountability for delivery, quality, timelines, and stability.
• Lead a cross-functional team (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps).
• Drive capacity planning, workload distribution, and optimization.
• Act as single point of accountability for stakeholder alignment.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence.
• Mentor and coach team members for high performance and growth.
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality gates.
• Lead Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation.
• Track and improve engineering metrics (velocity, quality, automation, code coverage).

Production

Support &

• Stability Ownership :
• Own production support model, on-call rotations, and escalations.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Ensure quick resolution with minimal business impact.
• Drive continuous improvements for system resilience and stability.
• Monitor application health, performance, and customer experience metrics.

9. AI / Intelligent Systems (Preferred) :

• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search.
• Exposure to building AI-driven features (chatbots, automation workflows).
• Collaborating with data teams for AI integration in microservices architecture.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and governance.
• Leverage AI tools for developer productivity and automation.

Required Skills &

Experience :

• 10 years of experience in software development with strong focus on C# / .NET Core.
• 4 yrs of experience in ReactJS.
• 4 years of experience in microservices architecture.
• Experience in CI/CD Pipeline, DevOps.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, async programming, and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS.
• Experience with testing frameworks, observability, and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed transactions.
• Familiarity with gRPC and API versioning strategies.
• Experience in regulated industries (Finance / Insurance / Healthcare).
• Education background in IT.
