Role Overview :
As a Senior.NET Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering high-performance web applications that serve complex business requirements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud architects, to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
This position requires a seasoned professional who can lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems to provide a superior experience for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the .NET ecosystem to meet specific client business objectives.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js to enhance user engagement and system usability.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in production environments to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building full stack applications using .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js.
- Proven ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure and services within the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and implementing design patterns that facilitate long-term system scalability.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team environment, maintaining high productivity and alignment with project timelines.
- A minimum of 9 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering successful enterprise projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in large-scale software engineering.
