Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled .Net and React Developer to join our engineering team, where you will take ownership of building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. By leveraging your expertise in the Microsoft stack and modern JavaScript frameworks, you will directly influence the digital experience of our customers, ensuring our platforms remain secure, responsive, and capable of handling enterprise-grade traffic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using C# and .Net, ensuring the backend logic is optimized for high availability and performance.
- Build dynamic, user-centric interfaces with React.js that provide a seamless experience across all devices and browsers.
- Design and maintain complex SQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval for mission-critical business operations.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on Azure, focusing on scalability and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications and deliver features that align with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing to maintain high standards of software quality and system stability.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in building enterprise-level applications using .Net and C#, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Expert-level capability in developing modular, reusable frontend components using React.js and modern state management libraries.
- Strong command of SQL for designing relational database schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing stored procedures for performance.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining cloud services within the Azure ecosystem to support CI/CD pipelines and application hosting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within an agile team environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact software solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating the adaptability required to succeed in a hybrid or remote-first professional setting.
