Netscribes - Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable, responsive web applications and be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Design and work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with Git and follow modern software development and version-control practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical discussions and suggest improvements to existing applications and processes.

Tech Stack :

• Frontend : React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Backend : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth.
• Database : MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ORM/ODM (Sequelize, Prisma, Mongoose).
• Tools : Git, Postman, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
