Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on software/backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in System Design
• Experience developing scalable and high-performance backend applications
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices and backend architecture
• Experience working with product-based companies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with PHP
• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Experience with databases and performance optimization
